TCS, USA was founded in 1998 by Dane Maxwell. Dane was the Chief of Staff for the Mississippi Public Service Commission, Southern District and developed many of the commercial carrier enforcement procedures still in use today. Mr. Maxwell then worked successfully with the Harrison County, Mississippi Sheriff to develop the first program in America's history where a local agency was fully funded by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and tasked with enforcing the FMCSA regulations.
Today TCS, USA has grown to include a staff with nearly one hundred years of combined law enforcement experience including advanced, investigative and specialized training. We also have seasoned defense attorneys and liability experts on staff.
Our experts have inspected thousands of commercial vehicles and we have investigated and litigated hundreds of commercial vehicle accidents.
We have worked with commercial carriers around the country helping them maintain compliance with the DOT/FMCSA regulations thereby reducing their safety rating and liability exposure. We have passed approximately 200 consecutive federal and state audits.
